Q. What type of coal do you sell?

A. Bituminous Coal.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A. All orders are shipped next day. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

Q. What shipping carrier do you use?

A. We use only USPS Priority Mail to ship our product.

Q. Do you sell Anthracite coal?

A. No, we do not sell Anthracite coal, we only sell Bituminous coal.

Q. Do you have a pickup location where I can come and pick up the coal in person?

A. Yes, we are located in Rich Hill, Missouri. Call ahead to make pickup arrangements 660-200-6985.

Q. Can your coal be used in a coal stove or furnace?

A. Yes, our coal works well in coal stoves.

Q. What size is the coal you sell and do you sell other sizes?

A. Our coal is crushed into 1-3" chunks. We do not sell other sizes at this time.
